WHAT I DO…

I am a certified life coach and licensed educator whose true passion in life has become all things ‘mom’. I help new moms who are struggling with their new role as mom conquer the fear of the unknown and grow physically, emotionally, and mentally towards being the best mom they can be. My expertise ranges from feelings of loneliness, lingering fertility struggles, self-exploration, organization of physical space, sleep training, mindfulness, potty training, self-doubt, and much more. There are a lot of emotions attached to new mom changes, specifically in the first five years, and I am there to be the guide, coach, support, and mom ‘best friend’ that you need to not only be the best mom you can be, but also to be the happy and fulfilled mom you deep down know is possible.

HOW I GOT HERE…

My first job out of college was in engineering, but as my life evolved, my passions changed. I have always been a big believer of following your dreams so I left engineering, dabbled a little in event planning, and wound up as a teacher. After an incredibly hard journey with fertility struggles, I became first a mom, then a single mom, to my two beautiful children, which of course then lead to a whole new set of interests and goals. I knew every piece of my past led me purposefully to where I was at that point in my life, and I became a life coach for new moms. I have stayed true to my values and love helping new moms with their specific journeys.
